Job summary

Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts in Springfield is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Clinician to provide high-quality SRH care, including contraception, pregnancy care, and abortion services, in a supportive setting.

You will review histories, perform exams, and make clinical decisions while following PPLM protocols and state guidelines, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts license as NP/CNM/PA.
• Current DEA registration and MA Controlled Substance Registration.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• 5–8 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between multiple work locations as needed.
• Strong clinical background in sexual and reproductive health.
• Ability to provide compassionate, inclusive care to diverse populations.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using electronic health records and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality SRH care following PPFA, PPLM, and Massachusetts guidelines.
• Conduct patient visits, including history review, exams, and clinical decision-making.
• Deliver contraception, STI testing/treatment, pregnancy care, medication abortion, and gender-affirming therapy.
• Manage labs, referrals, and follow-up care for safe, coordinated treatment.
• Educate patients and support informed, judgment-free care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with MA DPH, OSHA, CLIA, and Title X standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support clinic flow.
