Job summary

HealthQ seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to deliver comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care at our Massachusetts locations. Under Medical Director oversight, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, including adolescents, with trauma-informed, patient-centered care.

You will perform exams, provide counseling on contraception, STI screening, and gender-affirming care, and collaborate with leadership to advance organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program with NP/CNM/PA credential and MA licensure.
• Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health care, including contraception and abortion care.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and patient-centered communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality sexual and reproductive health care to diverse patients.
• Obtain and document comprehensive health histories with sensitivity and respect.
• Perform physical exams focused on reproductive health and order follow-up as needed.
• Consult with Medical Director for atypical presentations and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Provide counseling, education on birth control methods, including IUDs/implants, and support informed decisions.
