• Must be detail oriented and be able to visually inspect the finished fabric as it moves through the machine at a very high speed.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Must be able to diagnose problems and make appropriate adjustments or call maintenance as appropriate.
• Ability to lift, carry and load rolls of material up to 80lbs.
• Must be able to operate a computerized high-speed machine through touch screen controls.
• Willingness to work in an non-air‑conditioned environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Uses sewing machine to sew flange, inner panel and gusset material together.
