Sewing Room Customer Service Representative

Join us as a Sewing Room Customer Service Representative at David's Bridal.

The position is vital for the success of the Alterations department, focusing on providing exceptional customer service through welcoming, assisting with appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly via phone, chat, or in person, and adapt communication to meet their needs.
• Manage customer flow using all systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service standards: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs, and Be There for customers.
• Handle multiple customers, address concerns confidently, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Promote alterations services and maintain store standards.
• Assist with inventory management, process transactions accurately, and support store cleanliness and organization.

Physical and Educational Requirements

• Stand, walk, sit, and perform tasks such as steaming and sewing garments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years retail experience preferred; sewing experience is a plus.
