Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $14.70 and $15.00 per hour. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/bonus pay based on performance. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, education, location, and other factors.

Location: This US-based position is remote.

  • Listen carefully and recommend homeschooling solutions.
  • Use multiple CRM systems to assist customers.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Organizational skills and efficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and take ownership of tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
