Lincoln Wastewater System, a division of the City of Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU), is seeking a skilled Utility Equipment Operator I to perform preventative cleaning, maintenance, construction and repair of sanitary sewers to ensure reliable service for commercial, domestic and industrial customers. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m.

to 4 p.m., and requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months of experience operating heavy trucks and construction

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent and at least 6 months of experience in the operation and maintenance of trucks and construction equipment heavier than pickup trucks; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide preventative cleaning, maintenance, construction and repair of sanitary sewers.
• Perform inspection duties to ensure reliable sewer service for commercial, domestic, and industrial customers.
