Portland Utilities Construction Co., LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions company, seeks a Construction Crew Superintendent - CIPP in Knoxville, TN to lead sewer rehabilitation projects using pipe bursting and UV CIPP lining. You’ll manage crews, schedules, and safety on complex underground utilities jobs.

The role requires 3–5 years as a Foreman/Superintendent and 5–10 years in sewer/water work. Travel 90% with per diem and lodging; sign-on incentives for CDL holders are available.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• 3–5 years as Foreman or Superintendent and 5–10 years in sewer and water pipe installation or heavy construction.
• Knowledge of pipe bursting, CIPP lining, service installations and equipment setup for line and grade.
• Proficiency with MS Office; strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and operate heavy equipment.
• Travel readiness: willing to travel ~90% of weekdays with per diem and lodging supplied.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement master project plans.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire on-site teams to meet project goals.
• Oversee installation of sewer pipes, ensuring quality and safety.
• Manage schedules, resources, and materials to keep timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, inspectors, and engineers for smooth execution.
• Maintain detailed project records (daily reports, timesheets, logs).
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and promote a safety culture.
