Job summary

Municipal Pipe Tool Co. LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced CIPP Superintendent who is a safety-focused leader to guide our crews on heavy trenchless rehabilitation projects across the Midwest.

You will lead and supervise CIPP rehabilitation crews, coordinate field operations, assist with installation planning, ensure safety, track production, and communicate with managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and field teams on a fast-paced site-driven schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction leadership or supervisory experience.
• Background in CIPP lining installation.
• Experience installing 8"-48"+ liners preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of sewer rehabilitation and collection systems preferred.
• Experience with CCTV equipment for sewers and robotic cutters is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage crews and production in a fast-paced environment.
• CDL or ability to obtain one required.
• Overnight travel throughout the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise CIPP rehabilitation crews on active job sites.
• Coordinate daily field operations and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Assist Project Managers with installation planning and execution.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company procedures.
• Oversee production tracking, crew hours, and workflow management.
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Troubleshoot and assist with equipment repairs alongside the Fleet Director.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
