Job summary

Insituform Technologies LLC, an Azuria Company, seeks an experienced Foreman to lead crews in pipe rehabilitation projects using CIPP technology. You will plan, schedule, and supervise field work, ensuring safety and quality on-site and training teammates to meet client specs.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of outdoor construction lead experience, CIPP work in water/sewer, and a valid CDL Class A/B. Willingness to travel 80–85% and pass background checks is required; local residence preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years' outdoor construction foreman/technician experience.
• Cured in Place Pipe experience in water/sewer.
• CDL Class A or B required; Hazmat preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 80–85%.
• Must pass drug test and background checks.
• Local residence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew and direct activities for installation and repair of pipe rehabilitation products.
• Schedule, coordinate, and advise crew activities at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Manage and maintain equipment for successful project completion.
• Provide leadership and supervision at project sites and enforce policies.
• Inspect crew work for quality and specification compliance.
• Perform general construction activities when applicable.
• Analyze and resolve work problems or guide crew to solutions.
• Prepare and submit production, safety, time, and other reports as needed.
