Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking a CIPP Superintendent to lead pipe rehabilitation projects across the Midwest. You will supervise crews, coordinate field activities, and ensure safety and quality across all phases.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years supervisory construction experience, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, and the ability to travel ~80% with occasional weekends. Comprehensive benefits are offered by the company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing 8”-48”+ CIPP liner preferred.
• More than 5 years construction industry experience in supervisory role.
• Experience operating a Cues TV Equipment and remote-control cutting device preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment failures with Fleet Director.
• Develop an installation plan with Project Manager.
• Supervise and coordinate crew activities across pipe rehabilitation projects.
• Ensure work follows safety policies and regulations to promote a safe environment.
• Maintain a clean job site and secure daily operations.
• Communicate with project management and operations teams.
• Follow written work instructions for field activities.
• Report time and production for the crew and manage labor costs.
