Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs all activities required of a sewer maintenance crew in the Public Works Department.
• Coordinates with Public Works Section Chief to prioritize and schedule work.
• Prepares daily progress reports tracking personnel, equipment, and supplies.
• Establishes task priorities and timeframes for assigned personnel.
• Monitors completion of job assignments to ensure standards are met.
• Keeps supervisor informed of progress and problems; may act as Crew Chief in absence.
• Attends meetings and training to stay current on best practices.
