Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years wastewater operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in science with 2.5 years wastewater collection ops experience.
• Acceptable substitutions with college hours or training per policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized sewer cleaning and televising equipment.
• Record findings in CMMS software.
• Set up work zones for traffic control and ensure safety.
• Coordinate with emergency personnel to minimize service disruption.
• Interpret plans, as-built drawings, schematics and maps.
• Evaluate sewer conditions and initiate repairs or rehabilitation as needed.
