Job summary

Canfield Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is seeking a Sales Advisor to lead drain and sewer solutions sales, consult customers, and mentor technicians. You will guide homeowners through repair options and financing choices while building trust and delivering peace of mind.

In this role you’ll own the customer experience from initial contact through project completion, collaborating with the Drains Manager and installation team to ensure accurate estimates, quality workmanship, and 100% satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of home services sales experience (required).
• Residential plumbing experience a plus.
• ServiceTitan experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Utilize sewer cameras to uncover plumbing and sewer issues in customer homes.
• Diagnose sewer and drain issues and prepare accurate repair estimates.
• Create and implement a drain technician training plan to support the sewer sales process.
• Execute the sewer sales process and present clear, customized repair solutions to customers.
• Prepare statements of work and supporting documents to hand off projects to the installation team.
• Communicate with customers throughout the entire project, ensuring 100% satisfaction at completion.
• Participate in training events and share lessons learned with the sewer sales team.
• Assist customers with financing options for their projects.
