Job summary

Qualifications

• Assoc degree in Civil or Construction Technology with 1 year of construction activity including water/sewer work.
• High school diploma and 3 years of full-time construction activity, with at least 1 year in water or sewer work.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience as defined.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction and repair work on the city's sewer system.
• Monitor outside contractors and Sewer Authority staff for contract compliance.
• Prepare and review sketches, reports, and daily inspection records.
• Maintain records of materials used and labor hours; drive to sites.
• Coordinate with utility representatives as needed and ensure safety practices.
