Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly reviews of SEVIS alerts and reporting deadlines to ensure compliance.
• Maintain, audit, and reconcile active and pending international student records in SEVIS and SIS/Banner.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with SEVP to resolve issues.
• Oversee data transmission between Terra Dotta and SEVIS to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in preparing compliance reports and audit documentation.
• Provide immigration advising to students regarding F-1 and J-1 status maintenance.
