Qualifications

• High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma required.
• Mandatory biennial Crisis Prevention Intervention training.
• Ability to modify curriculum for individual students.
• Ability to implement behavior modification techniques.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate interpersonal relations skills.
• Ability to work alone and with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with classroom activities and adapt curriculum for individual needs.
• Maintain progress records and document observations as part of IEP team.
• Provide physical care and ensure a clean, safe classroom environment.
• Support online and remote learning with technology access and instruction.
