• Minimum qualifications include a High School Equivalency diploma and required trainings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for direct student support.
• Ability to modify curriculum and implement behavior modification techniques as needed.
• Experience and skills in maintaining confidentiality and working with diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with classroom activities and adapt curriculum for individual needs.
• Implement IEP-moutlined accommodations and document student progress with licensed staff.
• Prepare instructional materials and assist with tests, attendance, and related duties.
• Maintain records of student progress and behavior; support online/remote learning activities.
• Assist with crisis de-escalation and safe, supportive student interactions.
