Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver clinic and home-based ABA services for individuals with severe behaviors. The role requires extensive autism-related experience, 2:1 staff ratio, data collection, and collaboration with BCBAs and families.

You will work across center, home, and community settings, preparing therapy notes, reporting daily progress, and supporting treatment implementations. The position involves travel and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA therapy and behavioral interventions.
• Proficiency with data collection and progress monitoring.
• Familiarity with crisis management training and safety procedures.
• Ability to use common Office tools and tablets for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic, home, or community-based services with a 2:1 staff-to-participant ratio.
• Collect and document behavior data to track progress and outcomes.
• Assist with assessments, data analyses, and treatment plans as directed.
• Communicate results to caregivers and treatment teams daily.
• Attend team meetings and participate in caregiver training when feasible.
