Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

A large and growing government affairs firm with offices in Washington, DC is looking to hire several experienced support professionals for Administrative Assistant and Executive Assistant roles. As a member of their administrative team, you will play a key role in managing calendars, deadlines, and projects to ensure each day runs smoothly. If you are highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented, with previous experience at Capitol Hill or in professional services, submit your resume today!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize calendars, including coordinating meetings, events, and both international and domestic travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and review relevant documents such as briefs and filings.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain organization of all client-related records.
  • Manage meeting logistics, prepare all meeting materials, and organize meeting spaces in advance.
  • Assist with answering phone calls and drafting written correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external clients, and anticipate needs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant administrative experience in professional services or government relations.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent time management skills, calm demeanor, and strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
