Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Converting Setup Technician at its Sussex, WI facility to ensure converting equipment runs efficiently, with minimal downtime and high-quality output. You will perform routine setups and startups, prepare materials, and help resolve equipment issues in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of setup technician or machine setup experience.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain LOTO certification.
• Ability to operate electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoists.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and stoop throughout shift.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
