Pregis is seeking a Converting Operator I to operate converting equipment, monitor product quality, and package finished goods on the 2nd or 3rd shift. This role contributes to meeting daily production goals in a safety-focused environment.

You will work Monday through Friday, with opportunities for training and career growth within a company that values reliability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate converting equipment to meet production and quality goals.
• Monitor machine performance and identify issues that may impact production.
• Conduct product inspections and quality checks throughout production runs.
• Accurately record production and quality information.
• Package, label, palletize, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain production materials and supplies to reduce downtime.
• Follow all safety policies, operating procedures, and 5S practices.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support smooth shift transitions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Learn multiple machines and processes to support operational flexibility.

Shift: 2nd Shift 2:00pm-10:15pm and 3rd Shift 10:00pm-6:15pm
Schedule: Monday-Friday
