Pregis in Sussex, WI is seeking a Senior Machine Operator – Converting on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and monitor converting equipment to ensure safe, efficient production of quality films and packaging products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate converting equipment according to production specifications and safety requirements.
• Perform machine startups, shutdowns, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor equipment performance, product quality, and production efficiency.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize output and minimize waste.
• Perform routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
• Conduct quality checks in accordance with the Pregis Quality Management System.
• Accurately document production results, machine settings, downtime, and quality data.
• Safely operate electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, hoists, and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, operating procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with training and supporting less experienced operators as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location: Sussex, WI
Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM–11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM–7:00 AM
  Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience, plus shift differentials where applicable.

Position Summary
