Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and labels.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math for measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up progressive dies in punch presses for production runs.
• Assemble and align dies in the press per specification.
• Adjust ram to required length and operate presses to form parts.
• Feed steel using the straightener and verify first-off parts with QA.
• Maintain quality and safety, document outputs, and support team goals.
