Dayton Rogers Manufacturing Co is seeking an experienced Punch Press Setup Operator to set up, adjust and operate punch press equipment while maintaining safety, quality and production standards. You will read blueprints and work instructions and prepare tooling for production runs.

Responsibilities include installing and aligning punches, dies, tooling, and fixtures, operating manual and automatic punch press equipment, and measuring parts with calipers and micrometers.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of related experience in metal stamping, machining, or press operation.
• Experience with progressive die stamping or similar metal-forming operations preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
