Responsibilities

• Interact with licensees.
• Review, evaluate, and process settlement requests.
• Determine eligibility for settlement in accordance with agency policies and guidelines.
• Extend settlement offers based on criteria and regulations.
• Create, prepare, and process settlement agreements and documentation.
• Manage the Settlement Unit email inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate settlement records and meet deadlines.
• Provide clear explanations of settlement offers and procedures.
• Perform related duties as required.
