Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of case files for Port Authority and TLC cases, including hearings at OATH.
• Provide training and guidance to officers on issuing summonses with narratives to establish rule violations.
• Appear on behalf of the Commission at administrative hearings and supervise junior attorneys in the unit.
