Job summary

The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) invites applications for the Community Associate position in its Prosecution Division, based in Long Island City, NY. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with licensees, review and process settlement requests.
• Determine eligibility for settlements per policies and regulations.
• Extend settlement offers based on criteria and regulations.
• Create, prepare and process settlement agreements and documents.
• Manage the Settlement Unit email inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Provide clear explanations of settlement offers, payments and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of settlements and meet deadlines.
• Deliver strong customer service with professionalism and discretion.
