Responsibilities

• Prepare and send releases and settlement documents to clients.
• Explain documents and timelines to clients; ensure signed documents returned.
• Log signed releases and update matter status to keep files moving.
• Coordinate release transmittal to carriers and update case status and documentation.
• Verify payees and amounts before funds disbursements; mail checks.
