Job Responsibilities

• Perform in‑process and final dimensional visual inspections on products.
• Perform work in the quality lab and on the production floor.
• Record and enter data from inspections into statistical process control software as needed.
• Work with supervision to assess compliance with product requirements.
• Perform density, carbon, and hardness measurements.
• Assist with daily shipment organization and packaging.
• Assist with FAI and report preparation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or 1‑year manufacturing experience.
• Proficient use of basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, drop gauges, optical comparator).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Must be safety conscious and present self in a clean, well‑kept manner.
• Orderly and responsible with equipment and work area.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
