RTX is seeking a Section Leader in Tewksbury, MA to lead a team of engineers within the SE&TC discipline. You will set meaningful goals, mentor staff, manage performance, and support staffing and acquisition across programs.

The role emphasizes alignment to RTX Values, continued development of the workforce, and fostering an inclusive environment. US citizenship and security clearance requirements apply, with DoD Secret clearance as a baseline.

The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Discipline organization is the central focus for Mission Systems Integration activities within Raytheon, responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, system sustainment, System Security Engineering (SSE), integration and system level testing, identifying and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues, and developing automated or operator-driven tests in support of system-level integration, verification, validation and sustainment.

As a Section Leader, you will be expected to actively participate in department goals and initiatives, support department hiring, support program staffing, provide employee feedback and mentoring, and be actively involved in daily program operations. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
