Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Section Leader in the Naval Systems Department within the System Integration and Test discipline. The role leads engineers, aligns goals with department initiatives, and participates in staffing and mentoring. Location options include MA sites with on-site work and occasional travel.

Applicants should have a STEM degree and 8+ years in system, software, integration, or test. EVMS, proposal capture, and EAC experience are preferred to drive program success.

Raytheon is seeking a Section Leader in the Naval Systems Department within the System Integration and Test (SI&T) discipline. The NS Department supports multiple contracts. As a Section Leader, the candidate will be expected to actively participate in NS leadership team goals and initiatives, support department hiring and program staffing, provide employee feedback and mentoring, and be actively involved in daily program operations. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
