Raytheon is seeking a Section Leader in the Naval Systems Department within the System Integration and Test discipline. This onsite role can be based in Tewksbury, Marlborough, or Woburn, MA, with occasional travel up to 10% and ability to support multiple shifts.

The ideal candidate has a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in system, software, integration or test, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with EVMS and EAC processes. U.S.

Raytheon is seeking a Section Leader in the Naval Systems Department within the System Integration and Test (SI&T) discipline. The NS Department supports multiple contracts for SPY6 Radar, Ship, and Undersea Systems. As a Section Leader, the candidate will be expected to actively participate in NS leadership team goals and initiatives, support department hiring and program staffing, provide employee feedback and mentoring, and be actively involved in daily program operations. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
