Job summary

Everforth ECS in Arlington, VA, seeks a Darpa STO Program Lead SETA to provide program management for the Cattle Run program. The role tracks budget, schedule, and technical performance and coordinates with transition partners and IV&V entities.

The ideal candidate will have education/experience in astrodynamics, solar sail tech, space propulsion, and hardware testing, leading program reviews and risk analysis across DoD stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance.
• ≥5 years of Program Management experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Experience in DoD programs and aerospace projects.

Responsibilities

• Track program and performer progress against plans and deliverables.
• Lead monthly or bi-weekly performer assessments and risk reviews.
• Evaluate technical reports and create mitigation plans.
• Engage DoD stakeholders and collaborators across services.
• Administer program analysis, risk management, and cost estimation.
• Prepare DARPA work products and organize program reviews.
• Attend site visits and coordinate field tests.
• Support solicitation development and source selection.
