Job summary

Paycom - ATS at Osborn Richmond in Richmond, IN seeks individuals to perform production job setups and related responsibilities. The role includes installing tooling, materials, and parameters, securing first piece approval, and documenting setups.

You will develop robust processes with engineering support and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proper setup of existing jobs, including tooling, materials, process parameters, programming automation equipment and conveyors.
• Obtain first piece approval from quality department.
• Develop robust setups for new jobs with process engineer assistance and document the setup.
• Set up and use scientifically approved methods and ensure robustness of setups.
• Time management for continuous improvement of setups.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Proper setup of existing jobs Including but not limited to the proper installation of the tooling, material, setting approved process parameters, programming automation equipment, conveyers, and general readiness of the job. Insuring the robustness of these setups.
• Responsible for obtaining 1st piece approval from the quality department.
• Capable of doing first time setups and developing robust setups/processes for new jobs with the assistance of a process engineer. Document the setup.
• Capable of setting up and using scientific approved methods.
• Effective use of time. Continuous improvement of setups.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work place. Maintain equipment properly.
• Responsible to follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
