Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a skilled technician to set up and program operating machines, verify first run sequences, and oversee ramp-up while supporting operators. You will assist maintenance to prevent downtime and inspect equipment, ensuring compliance with documented procedures and quality checks.

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communications in English.
• Ability to operate medium‑complex machinery for use in inspection.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with power tools
• Ability to read blueprints
