Job summary

Schaeffler Group USA Inc. is seeking a manufacturing operator to set up and program operating machines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across test sequences. You will support ramp-up, assist Operators, follow procedures, check finished products, and uphold safety rules.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and authorization to work in the US. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communications in English.
• Ability to operate complex machinery for use in inspection.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities

• Set up and programming of operating machines including accuracy and effectiveness checks in various test sequences

Your Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Good visual acuity
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required

Preferred:

• Multiple years of experience operating complex machines in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
