Job summary

Schaeffler Group USA Inc. in Fort Mill, SC, seeks a machine operator to set up and run operating machines, conduct first checks, and support ramp-up activities. You will follow procedures and assist with maintaining records and safety compliance.

The role requires basic machinery operation, measuring skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position includes shift premiums and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to operate basic machinery.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
