Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for Moog servo valve customers.
• Diagnose and resolve system-level issues in hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical domains.
• Recommend products and solutions aligning with customer performance objectives.
• Support customers with troubleshooting, system optimization, and product selection guidance.
• Conduct on-site assessments, system verification, and occasional valve tuning activities.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements to support proposals.
