Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in product/manufacturing/design/systems engineering or related technical role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the responsible Product Engineer for electromechanical actuator products.
• Maintain technical ownership from development through production and sustainment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, program management, and customers to resolve technical challenges.
• Lead investigations into product and production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate engineering changes with proper configuration management and documentation control.
• Support design reviews, customer inquiries, and production readiness.
