Qualifications

• Experience with electromechanical, motion control, actuator, automation or aerospace products is preferred.
• Exposure to engineering change management and configuration control processes.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
• Experience supporting products through full lifecycle from design to production.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the responsible Product Engineer for electromechanical actuator products for flight simulation.
• Maintain technical ownership from development through production and sustainment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, PM, and customers to resolve technical challenges.
• Lead investigations into product and production issues with root cause analysis.
• Evaluate and implement engineering changes with proper configuration management.
• Support design reviews, customer inquiries, and production readiness activities.
• Coordinate multiple disciplines to ensure successful product commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement toward quality, reliability, manufacturability, and efficiency.
