What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct onsite training sessions for key customers on the installation and operation of data center products
- Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals and presentations
- Provide technical writing and mentorship to customers during installation and maintenance processes
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify training needs and customize training programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
