What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Conduct onsite training sessions for key customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of data center products
2. Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations
3. Provide technical writing, support, and mentorship to customers during the installation and maintenance processes
4. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify customer training needs and develop customized training programs
5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve training programs and materials

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
2. Validated experience providing technical training and technical writing, preferably in a customer-facing role
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions simultaneously
5. Willingness to travel an average of 10-50% to customer locations as needed; a valid driver's license is required
