What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Conduct onsite training sessions for key customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of data center products
2. Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations
3. Provide technical writing, support, and mentorship to customers during installation and maintenance
4. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify customer training needs
5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve training programs

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
2. Proven experience in providing technical training and technical writing, preferably in a customer-facing role

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions simultaneously
