Ideal candidates will have a technical degree, experience in warehouse/logistics, and strong leadership with knowledge of WMS. This role supports a global engineering operation with a focus on reliable material flow and team development.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a technical degree and several years of relevant work experience to manage and coordinate one or more professional-level teams.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and operate warehouse equipment.

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of warehouse staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.

• Train and mentor team members on warehouse best practices.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for supervising warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping. This role ensures efficient material handling and compliance with safety and quality standards. This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ professional-level roles. This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium organization.
