Sulzer is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to supervise receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping. This leadership role targets professionals managing 4+ team members and complex warehouse tasks to ensure safe, efficient material flow.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, enforce safety, and drive process improvements while coordinating with logistics and procurement for timely material movement.

Qualifications

• Technical degree and several years of relevant experience to lead professional-level teams.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).

About the role

Job Summary

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for supervising warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping. This role ensures efficient material handling and compliance with safety and quality standards. This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ professional-level roles. This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium organization.
