Job summary
Compucom Staffing seeks a ServiceNow WSD specialist to review occupancy-planning needs and align them with ServiceNow configurations. You will work with client floor plans and scenarios to translate requirements into technical solutions, building floor-plan examples and mapping migration options.
The role focuses on evaluating what can be migrated or modified within ServiceNow, identifying integration needs and constraints, and delivering a practical roadmap for deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
- Hands-on experience translating business requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions
- Proven ability to configure/build ServiceNow WSD solutions
- Strong understanding of space/occupancy management in workplace environments
- Demonstrated experience with floor-plan concepts in AutoCAD
Responsibilities
- Review business requirements and occupancy-planning processes
- Assess WSD capabilities against requirements
- Work with client floor plans and scenarios
- Translate requirements into technical ServiceNow configurations
- Develop floor-plan examples in ServiceNow WSD
