Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced UX Designer with ServiceNow platform experience to support client-aligned digital service design work across our Experience practice.

This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid level designer who has hands-on experience designing and building user experiences within ServiceNow and enjoys working closely with delivery teams to create usable, scalable solutions in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX design experience with hands-on ServiceNow work.
• 3+ years of experience designing within enterprise platforms or design systems.
• US citizenship or eligibility for US work authorization and Federal public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and support user-centered experiences within the ServiceNow platform (workflows, forms, portals, interfaces).
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, UX researchers, and delivery teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow designs.
• Apply UX best practices while respecting ServiceNow constraints and patterns.
