Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to translate client needs into actionable designs and user stories. You will lead workshops, interview stakeholders, and develop feature lists for Agile delivery, guiding the implementation lifecycle.

Travel may be required 25%–100% depending on client needs and project requirements. The role demands 3+ years on the ServiceNow platform, strong facilitation, and the ability to drive process improvements across engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 2+ years’ experience leading workshops, requirements gathering, process definition and re-engineering.
• 2+ years’ experience creating user stories and project artifacts.
• 2+ years’ experience identifying how to meet business requirements using ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT (minimum 6 years for associate degree).

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solution specs aligned with ServiceNow.
• Lead process workshops, interview stakeholders, develop feature lists and user stories for Agile delivery, and guide implementation lifecycle.
• Support UAT and QA, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver value-driven outcomes.
