Qualifications

• Experience with test planning, execution, and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across ServiceNow modules.
• Validate ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, forms, notifications, and role-based access controls.
• Test integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to review business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution using ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or other defect-tracking tools.

W2 only, NO CORP TO CORP

The Senior ServiceNow Tester is responsible for leading and executing testing activities for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, integrations, and platform upgrades. This role partners with Business Analysts, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to develop test strategies, validate system functionality, identify defects, and ensure high-quality delivery across ServiceNow modules and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
