Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active security certification meeting DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher (Security+) within 14 days of hire.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Must be able to commute to Fort Meade, MD for full-time on-site support.

Responsabilités

• Verify and validate changes to the ServiceNow system in an Agile Scrum team.
• Create automation tests using ServiceNow ATFs and implement automated regression tests.
• Develop test plans, test data, and acceptance criteria; prepare test reports and anomalies.
• Mentor junior testers and guide the team in sprint planning and reviews.
• Document testing updates in Jira and support configuration management processes.
